Instructions for using Warhorn:

All attendees need to register new accounts to be able to get a badge and sign up for events.

Click the

button at the top of the page to register.

When your account is set up then proceed as follows:


PLAYERS (paying attendees)
  1. Send payment as per our site's form (check or money order recommended)
    OR
    Pay via Paypal on our warhorn site.

  2. When your payment is received and confirmed your warhorn account will be cleared.

  3. Sign up for the games you'd like to play.

VOLUNTEERS (running 4 or more slots)
  1. Confirm your GM schedule with Joe or Max. Make sure you are down for 4 or more slots.

  2. One of them will clear your account and put in your GM schedule.

  3. You may sign up for events in the slots you have open as you like.

Pre-mustering your tables (organizing ahead of time into groups) is helpful but not mandatory. We find that it speeds things up.

Many attendees decide to sign up for games on-site and not preregister on warhorn. That is no problem, and will make some games look more empty than they actually will be. Have no fear that our skilled people-herders will fill tables appropriately at the convention and get everybody into a game.
